Takes Silver Medal

At 2010 Spring Cup

Milan, Italy

Team Braemar Junior stood in second place after the short program at the 2010 Spring Cup in Milan, Italy. The team had a clean program in the freeskate event on Sunday, 02/14, and maintained its second-place position. The team will travel back to the USA as the silver medalist at the Spring Cup! Team Braemar Junior represented US Figure Skating as Team USA at this international synchronized skating event. The team was the silver medalist at the 2009 Spring Cup, as well. Congrats to the team and its coaches, Pam May and Toni Swiggum!

Congrats to Team Braemar's Novice and Junior lines! Both teams took first place at the 2010 Midwestern Sectional Championships in Cedar Rapids, Iowa!

Congratulations to Braemar's Alex Johnson for his convincing win at the 2010 Midwestern Competition. Alexander Johnson is Senior Men's Champion with

1st in Short Program
1st in Free Skate
1st Overall

With this win, Alex has earned a spot at the 2010 US Figure Skating Championships, which are in Spokane, WA, and will be held January 14-24, 2010.
