Planned Program Content Sheet (PPCS) - Required

All Juvenile through Senior IJS competitors are required to submit a planned program content sheet. The PPCS is to be completed on-line at http://www.usfigureskating.org no later than June 14, 2010. For those that do not submit the planned program content sheet online by June 14, 2010, a $20 processing fee will be incurred. Please note that any PPCS submitted by paper, regardless of date, will incur the $20 processing fee.
