47th ANNUAL ICE SHOW
Friday April 27th & Saturday April 28th, 2012

Braemar-City of Lakes Figure Skating Club's would like to announce the 47th Annual Ice Show! Performances at 6:30 PM on Friday April 27th, and 6:30 PM on Saturday April 28th.

Tickets for the ice show will be available from a Braemar Figure Skating Club member after April 10th, and at the ticket office at the arena the day of the show. Parent passes will be available from the Braemar office the week of the show.

The 2011 Photo Schedule and Practice Schedule are now available.

Registration:

See links below for show registration forms as well as an application for show solos, pairs, and trios.

Participation fees $120 for the first group number (either your freestyle level or Junior or Senior High number).

Each additional number is $75.

(If you are in a Juvenile Freestyle number and the Junior High number, you pay $120 for the freestyle number plus $75 for the Junior High number.)

The Father/Daughter number is $35 and does not include a costume.

Be sure to include a check for half down with your registration. The balance will be billed on your February ice bill due by March 1.

Forms postmarked after Jan. 15th must include a check for the entire balance due ($130=$120 + $10 late fee, plus fees for any additional numbers.)

There will be no club billing available for forms postmarked after Jan. 15th.

Solos/Pairs/Trios:

Complete and accurate forms must be postmarked by Dec. 15th in order to be considered.

Late or incomplete applications will not be accepted for solos, pairs, or trios.

Please read the application carefully.

Tickets:

As was the case last year, all BCLFSC skating families will be charged for a set of ice show tickets, even those who are not skating in the ice show. Use them to attend the show or give them to friends, relatives, or neighbors. It's a great way to support our show and our club.

Volunteers:

There are plenty of volunteer positions still available. Contact Evelyn Bone for more information. It's lots of fun.

Practices: TBA (Schedules will be handed out with costumes.) Monday, April 16 - April 24, 2012

Run-through: Wednesday April 25, 2012.

Dress Rehearsal: Thursday, April 26, 2012

Performances: Fri. and Sat., April 27th & 28th, 6:30 p.m.

After-Show Party: Friday, April 28th at the Braemar Golf Clubhouse.

Advertise your Business in the Ice Show program

For as little as $40, you can have your business card printed in the program. For even more impact, run a half page or full page ad featuring your company's products and services. To participate, complete the attached Advertising Agreement and return by April 23 with your payment and artwork.

Participate as a Patron

For as little as $40, your name or the name of your family or business will be printed prominently in the program as a Patron, a sponsor of your favorite figure skater, the Braemar-City of Lakes Figure Skating Club and the 2011 Ice Show. We invite you to be a prominent part of BCLFSC's 46th Annual celebration!!

As a Gold or Silver Patron, you will receive complimentary Ice Show tickets. Gold Patrons receive 4 tickets and Silver Patrons receive 2 tickets. Additional tickets may be ordered. All your Patron Ice Show tickets will be mailed to your home. For more information, click here.

To participate as a Patron, complete and mail the attached form by April 23.

Place a Support Ad in the program

Messages of congratulations, thanks, support, encouragement and good memories in the form of an ad in the ice show program. Your message is printed in the format of a magazine ad, ranging from quarter page to half page to full page, using your pictures, graphics, text and layout. These ads are a popular way to say congratulations, thanks for the support, thanks for the memories and good luck. Here is an example. Please complete and submit this form and your artwork by April 23. Please submit your ad in final and complete layout in jpeg or pdf format if possible. For more information, click here.

Place a Love Note in the Program

Take advantage of a Braemar tradition in the ice show program. Create a note from you to someone in the show, someone watching the show, or your favorite coach or support person! This is an excellent way for other family members and friends (grandparents, aunts, uncles, etc.) to show support, too. Just complete and submit this form by April 23.
